We are a network of international schools developed by H-FARM, the first venture incubator in the world, which was founded in 2005 in Ca' Tron, located in the north-east of Italy, between Treviso and Venice.
H-FARM has been investing in education since 2011, realising how important and how sorely needed new cultural and educational modes were, so that current and future generations would be able to understand and utilise the numerous opportunities made possible by the huge changes in digital technology.
We believe that ideas come to life by combining imagination and resourcefulness, which is why at H-FARM international schools, students, teachers, managers and professionals are inter-connected and guided in the digital transformation process and become the informed leaders of today’s changes.
H-International Schools are part of the H-FARM Education programme, which is characterized by an innovative approach that revolutionises traditional methods of teaching and learning by nurturing students’ individual talents, allowing them to develop their full potential through a dynamic didactic programme, the development of soft skills and through the use of innovative learning tools.
The H-FARM Education programme covers a wide age range: from children as young as 3 up to 26-year olds. Starting with the didactic pathway of the the IB program at the H-International Schools and at the Sparx summer camp, the programme continues with Ca' Foscari's Bachelor's Degree in Digital Management and specialized Masters programmes.
H-FARM Education is completely unique on a national and European level, since it offers a complete educational experience in one single place, in which students co-exist with young startuppers, entrepreneurs and executives from large corporations in an osmotic exchange of ideas, stimuli and best practices.
Established in Geneva in 1968, the IB organisation was created with the idea of promoting an international culture through the use of new teaching methods. Based on research in the field of education around the world, the IB has developed three different, high quality teaching programmes for various levels of learning, aimed at developing both the academic skills and the intellectual, emotional, social and autonomous abilities of each student.
All the H-International Schools are candidate or authorised IB schools for the PYP and MYP programmes.
